Mrs Mary Knuth

August 2022 will mark eleven years that I have served as the school psychologist for St. Jude. I am so blessed to have been accepted into the St. Jude family! I grew up and attended undergraduate school in Virginia (College of William and Mary), then studied School Psychology at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (Go Heels!). I met my husband at UNC and followed him back to his hometown (Pittsburgh - sorry, but we are Steeler fans). After a five-year stint in Pittsburgh, my family relocated to Cincinnati in the early ‘90s (we do root for the Reds!). I stayed home with our three children for twelve years before resuming my school psychology career in August 2004. When not at St. Jude, I serve special needs preschoolers at Delshire Elementary (OHLSD). My hobbies include reading, spending time with my husband and adult children, playing Candy Crush, and walking my two miniature poodles.

A thorough background check is required for all those employed or volunteering to work with youth or vulnerable adults as a cleric, at a parish or school, as an Archdiocesan employee or at an Archdiocesan institution. All volunteers and employees are required to complete the electronic/online background check through SELECTION.com prior to beginning their volunteer activity or employment. In addition to the electronic/online background check, employees are required to complete manual fingerprinting and submit a B4 form before begin- ning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school, or institution.
