Mrs. Julie Nagel

The 2023-2024 school year will be my 28th year of teaching in Catholic schools. I have spent the past 23 years at St. Jude as a first grade teacher. Now, I have been given the opportunity to lead St. Jude as the Interim Principal.  I feel extremely blessed that I was able to spend 10 days on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land during the summer of 2017. That remarkable journey has helped me to be able to share my knowledge and love of Jesus on a daily basis with the students at St. Jude. I graduated from Walsh University in 1992 with a BA in Elementary Education and later obtained my K-12 Reading Endorsement from Mount Saint Joseph University in 1996. My husband Andy and I have been married for 30 years and we have three wonderful children and two precious grandchildren.

All volunteers and employees are required to complete the electronic/online background check through SELECTION.com prior to beginning their volunteer activity or employment. In addition to the electronic/online background check, employees are required to complete manual fingerprinting and submit a B4 form before begin- ning their employment at an Archdiocesan parish, school, or institution.
