I am thrilled for the opportunity to join a dynamic Catholic school such as this. I have my bachelor's degree from Bellarmine University and am entering my sixth year as a teacher and my second at St. Jude. Outside of school I love to watch movies, baseball, and learn more about the richness of the Christian life. I especially enjoy learning about the Saints. My wife, Kara, and I love Cincinnati and are happy to call it home.

I am a junior high history  teacher. I have been teaching at St. Jude for 16 years and have 19 overall years of teaching experience, all within the Catholic School system. I received my Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) and my Master's Degree from Xavier University (Go Muskies!). History is not just my job, it is my passion. I enjoy reading, traveling to historically significant locations, and spending time with my family. I am also a huge New England Patriots fan. My goal as a teacher is to make history relevant to my students' lives by connecting past events to the modern day.

I am so excited to join the teaching staff at St. Jude as the language arts teacher for the junior high.

I have my bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Miami University. I have retired from teaching in public schools, and I am eager to begin my career in Catholic schools. As a product of Catholic schools and a Catholic school parent, I am a strong believer in the power of a Catholic school community in shaping young lives in a positive direction. I look forward to sharing my love of reading and writing with all students in Grades 7 and 8. My goals are to connect students with meaningful texts in all genres and to help students strengthen their voices through writing and speaking.

My husband, my three college-age daughters, and I are proud Westsiders.

I am thrilled to join the St. Jude Junior High faculty. I graduated in Psychology from The University of Cincinnati and later obtained my elementary education certification from the College of Mount Saint Joseph. For the past 26 years, I have been teaching students of grades 4-8 in all subjects, with Science and Math being my favorite ones. In my leisure time, I love watching sports, especially college football and soccer. I also play and coach basketball, volleyball, and soccer. Moreover, I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones.

I am so blessed and excited to call St. Jude my home! I am a proud Bearcat, and I earned my Bachelors of Science in Middle Childhood Education. As a practicing Catholic, I have witnessed the power of intertwining my education and my faith through my K-12 experience as a student in Catholic schools. I make it my goal to model this for my students while creating meaningful and engaging daily lessons. This year, I am thrilled to share my passion for Mathematics and Language Arts with the Junior High. Go Bulldogs!
